For more than 35 years, I've been invited into businesses at pivotal moments.

Sometimes growth has stalled. Sometimes markets have changed. Sometimes leadership teams know something isn't working but can't quite see why. And sometimes the opportunity is obvious, but the path to achieving it isn't.

Those are the moments where I do my best work.

Throughout my career, I've led businesses across Europe, Latin America and Asia, from multinational organisations to owner-led companies. I've overseen commercial growth, operational transformation, international expansion, mergers, restructures and turnarounds. But I've never believed the answer is arriving with a predefined playbook.

Every business is different. Every culture is different. Every leadership team is different.

The first step is always understanding what makes that business unique.

That's why I spend my time listening, asking questions and getting beneath the surface. I want to understand how the business really works - not just how it appears on paper. By combining commercial insight with operational experience and cultural understanding, I'm able to identify the patterns, opportunities and obstacles that others often miss.

Having lived and worked in six countries and becoming fluent in six languages has shaped how I lead. It has taught me that businesses succeed because of people, not organisational charts, and that the best decisions are made when leaders understand both the numbers and the culture behind them.

Today, I work with organisations navigating growth, complexity and change. My role is simple: bring clarity, create direction and help leadership teams move forward with confidence.
